The enrollment concierge concept stems from SUNY’s Guided Pathways effort and assists in guiding students through the enrollment process. HVCC Enrollment Concierges will collect information from various offices on a student’s behalf and follow-up with the student with pertinent information. Each Enrollment Concierge is starting with a case load of approximately 440 new students admitted to programs in the School of Business and Liberal Arts and will be working with each student directly on enrollment-related concerns or questions. Specifically, duties include:
- Assist students in all facets of the college’s enrollment process
- Respond to student inquires via e-mail and telephone, and craft replies to comprehensively address student questions and concerns
- Serve as a single point of contact for enrollment-related questions from a caseload of students
- Collaborate with enrollment offices on student-related issues and questions
